It's been a long time. There were several plans to make a release, all delayed for some reason. But time has come, finally. A new release. The beginning of a new time.
If you were following the development, you should be familiar with the new features, otherwise you can read some highlights (https://github.com/amule-project/amule/releases/tag/2.3.3) on GitHub, or read the full changelog (http://wiki.amule.org/wiki/Changelog_2.3.3) on the wiki.
For the impatient, go to our SourceForge page and start downloading (https://sourceforge.net/projects/amule/files/aMule/2.3.3/).

Hi there!
I've just downloaded the app on my MacBook Air with M1 processor, but I'm not able to make it run. There is an icon which shows a prohibited sign and it says that the file is damaged. What can I do then?
Thanks a lot for your help and work.

I'm on Ubuntu 20.04LTS. I used "configure", "make", and "sudo make install", to compile.
When I run amule, it terminates after a few seconds with these messages:
(amule:608477): GLib-CRITICAL **: 19:10:41.690: Source ID 436 was not found when attempting to remove it
