I know it is not good thing but I have to do it.This is not the subject. :)
My problem is how to crack dl/ul ratio.I want to limit without ban ed2k network or kad.I think I will compile it again.Which prompts?Thanks for help...

If you limit upload, downloading will also be limited, else you would be a leecher. We do not give advices on how to become a leecher, sorry.
