about big file
« on: October 03, 2006, 11:54:23 AM »

I use emule in windowxp. I set the amule Incoming and Temp directory to the same as emule so I can download same file in different OS.

There are two big files are both 3.2GB. when I use amule in Ubuntu, it failed to open the temp file to download. Other small files(< 1GB) are ok. And I reboot to login windowsxp, the two big files seem to be broken.

who can tell me what is the problem? should I compile wxWidgets with big file?

Yes, of course.

I doubt it's even possible to compile aMule against a copy of wxWidgets that does not have large file support enabled.

I have checked the config. My wxWidgets was compiled with large files support.

So it is not the wxWidgets's problem I think...
