 I am using Ubuntu 7.10 and aMule 2.1.3.
For some reason i can only upload to other users files witch I am currently downloading.
As shown in this screenshot it seems as if aMule does not recognize the files as completed:

As a result of this, i cannot upload anything if i don't have partially completed downloads.
Can anyone help resolve this?

I don't think you cannot upload these files (see, there are some accepted requests), but there are only few or no people asking for these files.

Those requests are from a lot of sessions ago. notice they are in ().
I do think the files are for some reason not shared.
When I am downloading a file I will simultaneously upload it to other users, but once the download is complete those uploads are immediately stopped and no data is sent.
This has only started to happen in the past few weeks and before that my upload was always stable at the bandwidth limit I chose and completed files were still uploaded.
Now if I don't have any parts of files I am downloading my upload is stuck on 0.00.
Only when I obtain parts of a file I am sharing those parts until the download is done and the sharing is stopped.

OK, please rename your config folder (should be ~/.aMule whereas ~ is /home/mrnatewood) to something else and try to share a file or try to use eMule without Protocol Obfuscation on another computer.

If it still doesn't work now, I suspect that your provider introduced some kind of traffic filtering.

Same thing happens to me, I see many completed files which show completely red in this graphic, however my mule has no problem uploading them.
