Hi, many of us has problems with kad firewwalled, with nodes.dat and / or port forwarding.
I have the same problem, I've kad firewalled and don't know if it's some problem with my router firewall, my iptables or if it's just the nodes that does not function.
When I installed amule I've had the same problem, but after some trying all went OK apparently downloading a right nodes.dat, then for some time all went OK, then amule crashed (I think for a router problem) and all goes wrong since then.
There is a way to exclude the port problem? I've searched for some 'port test' but I've seen that that on the amule site test only TCP port 4662 (when my amule was not firewalled the only test that resulted passed was that, testing the UDP ports gave failed even if my kad was functioning correctly).
Can you help me to test without any doubt if the port is opened or no?
