This feature exists in some mods of emule for M$ Window$.
My Internet provider makes the diference between national trafic and International and they have limits to each traffic. I only have 2GB per month of International Traffic. If I exceed the limit I must pay more for that.( I know it sucks) so I use ipfilter so I only donwload from National sources.
It would be great if I could choose if I file could or not have filtered sources.
By default it would only have filtered sources by the ipfilter list.
But there could be an option to disable that and any sources found could be used in that file.
Sometimes when I searching for a particular thing I find it with many sources but none of those are in my allowed ip list so I can't download it unless I desactivate de ipfilter option. But that affects all other files I have in queue.
