there are ISP out there in the world which provide same amoun for up/down...

Thank you dazzathedude,ive changed these limits as you said..ill wait now to start downloading,to see what will happen.
What about expernal connections?have to be enabled or disabled?

ok.here it goes..changing my limits of my bandwich,i started to download with a media of 4 kB/s..is that good? i had to wait hours in the que till to start downloading.
also my external connections r disabled.
the speed of download depends on anything else other than the values of bandwith limits?

external connections are only for programms like amuleweb, aslong as you dont need them dont worry about it
