First, this is not a "compilation problem", so I've moved the thread to "aMule help".

Second, you first need to download a server list. In order to do that, you need to click on the little button that looks like a play button and that is left of the url in that window.

Third, you want to read the Getting started guide, that will provide you with the answers to a lot of other problems that you might run into.
