Connected to Kad (firewalled)....but high ID

hi, i have debian linux with amule ( not grafical )...i have a problem...my upload is set to 30 kb/s but in really it is to 2-3 kb/s and the kad is firewalled....why???

which bandwidth does your connection allow? and which ports are you using? did you open them in the firewall (if any)? and did you forward them in your router (if any)?

my connection is 4.8 Mgb, i'm using 4662 for TCP and 4672 for UDP...no  firewall is not present....amd i use router....help meeee

Then my guess would be at the router: Does that forward port 4672/UDP to your aMule machine? If not, then you will never get a good Kad connection.
