About the importance of the binutils package
« on: January 20, 2008, 10:53:18 AM »

I just think that when I make deb packages of aMule CVS I get this

Quote
configure: WARNING: bfd.h not found, please install binutils development package if you are a developer or want to help testing aMule

Is it worth installing? Is whether or not?

It's needed in order for amule to print backtraces when it crashes, so from our POV it's worth installing. ;)
