Hi

What should I write in connection speed upload and download ?  - I have a 5 MBit down connection and 512 kBit  up connection.
Does kB/s mean that I will write 5000  or 5000/8 ? - Does  kB/s mean kiloBit/sec or kiloByte/sec ?

OW  ???
