Update sticky thread in "aMule crashes" section

This sticky thread could use a more proper title.
Instead of "[Important] Do you want to improve aMule? " it could be named "[Important] HOWTO post information about an aMule crash".
I know that most people don't read sticky threads.  But this way if someone is actually searching for it, he will have a better chance finding it.

Another thing is the link to the Backtraces wiki. It's broken since things were moved to the "wiki" sub-domain.
The old link (http://www.amule.org/wiki/index.php/Backtraces) should be replaced by a new one (http://wiki.amule.org/index.php/Backtraces).

Done. I also improved its English a little (at least I hope I improved it and not vica versa).
