problem with amuleweb,I can't restart download

amule can't download any data,so I want stop and reconnect

there are some buttons under actions ,and I click pause,so I don't know how to resume download.

what does it mean?  what's different between them.

Speed limits are for limiting your upload/download speeds. Bandwidth limits are only for the purpose of displaying the statistics images.
