Guarddog & aMule
« on: June 23, 2006, 06:00:14 PM »

Amule  cannot  connect to the servers with Guarddog  while with Shorewall it works fine ....and both have the same iptables entries suggested by the  guides .  Guarddog holds TCP port  4662 in stealth status and Shorewall in Open/close status (checked in http://www.grc.com ) .
What can I do to use Guarddog ( I'd prefer it...) ?
Many thanks.

It's obviously not an aMule problem, is it?

No, I 'm asking a suggestion about  Gurddog setting .....if this is a known problem affecting the amule connection...
