This is the first time I have ever tried this software. It launches with no problems, then I get this message:

I have searched the forums and realise that this is most likely caused by something to do with the NetGear router I'm using (I have two Macs connected to it), which has a built-in Firewall. However, I tried reading through some of the help guides relating to Ip stuff and to say I'm completely confused by all this is a complete understatement.
Is there any software which will automatically set everything up for me? I really have no idea about IP adresses and port forwarding etc. Does each piece of software connected to the web require its own port? I also use the BitTorrent client Tomato.
Surely I'm not alone at being rather confused about this. Can somebody help me to get aMule running faster? Presently I'm downloading at speeds of around 0.5 - 2.5 kb/s.
Thanks for reading!
