aMule not connected
« on: August 10, 2006, 05:03:44 PM »

I just started to use aMule today, and I search and I can as it says it's not connected. Even though I have 12 servers, and I also don't have a connect button on my toolbar. Please take it slow with me as I am really stupid when it comes to computers, and I need it really simple.

Take a look at the attached screenshot. The connect button is the one on the very left. :)

studios:
Take a look at the Readme.Mac.txt file that came with your aMule binary and particularly the Getting Started Guide that is referenced therein. Within that guide, the section "Connecting to a Server" explains what you have to do. You should however read the whole document, because otherwise you will probably run into a number of other problems as well.
