i hate to turn amule off.. soo i try to keep it on 24/7
but i like gaming too, soo what caps would you recommend while gaming?

should i put the upload to 10 soo i get less lag in game but uploads to me can still upload the max amount, or
should i set download cap at 1 and upload at 1, soo am not affectively leeching and uploading crap speed, coz i will be getting small down speeds soo its evened out?

Do your own tests, it's hard to tell what's best since it depends on the way the game is developed, your bandwidth and many other things. Start testing and increasing the upload bandwidth until you find a value that works for you.
