Feature Freeze Please

The feature I would request is no more features, in other words a feature freeze.

I think the developers have got to the point where 80% of users only use 20% of 'features'. I'm not a coder, but I do support amule, and I love what it does for me on nix. I think a feature-freeze is going to be unpopular and potentially boring for the developers; no new wizzbang functionality and no more sexy changelogs.  However a focus on stability and perhaps a re-organisation of existing features would not benefit amule's popularity in the short term, but may prepare it for what-ever lies in the future.

If this would happen, it would cause the death of aMule. Anti-p2p organization has not a feat-freeze.

Requesting a feature doesn't harm anyone, and doesn't even put a load on developers shoulders. They are a free team.
And even if 80% of users use only 20% of the features, what about the remaining 20% of users who use the remaining 80% of the features?  ;D
