Hi, i'm Marath Martin and have a doubt about amule ipfilter

Want to filter amule because of isp international traffic limits (for Portugal),  but using the filter i get in the web my amule still using some international ips. Some one can tell me were to get an updated filter? Is ipfilter_static.dat important to do the job or only the ipfilter.dat?

i'm using this one http://darkforce.planetaclix.pt/filtros.tar.bz2, it is a very large filter, but some international traffic still get through it.
