ive used amule for a very long time so i know whats normal
using various recent cvs builds for the last month or so the dl limit does not reflect the dl rate unless i set it 2-3 times higher then what id like it to be or set it to unlimited
e.g. to download at 10k i set it to 20, download at 25-35, set it to 75, for max speed set it to 0 and i get max speed
