The BIG LOW ID Problem
« on: May 05, 2008, 08:41:03 PM »

Hi all aMule Users,

I having a problem which seems to affect a lot of the aMule users and that's  suffering from a LOW ID.

Now, I searched through many posts and looked through all the help posted on the net and I can't find a Step by step guide to allow my router to see aMule. I'm a Mac user using a G5 PPC and Airport Extreme base station.

I've had a look at the Airport's preferences and I can't see what I'm meant to do to change things around.

Surely, a sticky which addresses this would really help and be much appreciated by all the users.

So if you can spare the time, please help.

Cheers

You can find instructions to forward the ports at portforward.com, for your router see http://www.portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Apple/AirPortExtreme/eMule.htm

Thanks Supersnail, problem solved.

This link should be a sticky!

Thanks once again,
