hello,

i was happy to have a working fast and stable compiled 2.2.4 amule version yesterday and suddenly it began crashing all the time after only 8 hours of use.

can someone explain me what is going on ?

- although i did it recently, i repaired premissions among others with autojack AUTO (deep clean) in single user mode: at my surprise many permissions were repaired, although the last repair was 24 hours before, maybe due to installing libraries and other stuff for amule compiling
- because i only replaced the app the first time, i now also trashed application support and plist file, so that by relaunching the app they could be freshly created
- i must add that after 8 hours, processor usage went from 10 - 20 % to 30 - 40 % and that norton antivirus 11 auto protection went crazy (no other similar problem before) with processor usage at 60 % or more

That's not particularly useful. Why don't you post a decent backtrace in the appropriate forum, especially since you also didn't post configure parameters and other helpful information.

P.S. Did you happen to turn on any of the debug logging options?
