Funny. On Windows it works fine. The whole window is mirrored, even the toolbar buttons go from right to left. Horizontal scrollbar is positioned at the right, drawing it to the left scrolls the window to the right. All fields are drawn, both Hebrew ones and untranslated ones.
On GTK however it's all wrong (Fedora12). Toolbar buttons are in L2R. Listctrl fields are R2L, but scrollbar is at the left. Drawing it to the right scrolls the window to the right (!). And all fields are empty.

Played around a bit lowering/raising x offsets of dc->DrawText . No avail. Hebrew window stays all blank. So it's not that the right (instead of left) corner of a box must be chosen as coordinate as I thought.

I totally did. No reaction.
It's the same with wx 2.9 and with Gnome instead of KDE. I would have bravely switched system language to Hebrew on login, but the clowns apparently wrote "Hebrew" in Hebrew which I can't read. Installing *hebrew* helps neither.

You could have checked easier when generating the locales for hebrew and starting amule from a console with LC_ALL=he_HE.
If your hebrew locale is generated, you should be able to switch to that lang with the option dlg, too. I didn't test, but it should work, regardless the rest of your desktop.

i tried it in hebrew and it doesn't work (i have the hebrew since i am from israel and use hebrew) i tried it on 9.10, does it work on any other RTL language?

Sorry for the late response, but I don't see any RTL related problem here - most likely it's owner drawn listcontrol that can't find correct font.
