Crash on Ubuntu Oneiric 11.10

I start amule from a terminal with a command like this ./amule and after several hour the program crashed and provided the next backtrace:

Ubuntu is shipping broken wxWidgets (2.8.11), go bug them to update.

You can update to wx 2.8.12 and fix this problem.

Ups, well spotted Stu.

mongat, could you get a proper backtrace? Could you confirm you are using wx-2.8.12 (with ldd)

If you don't know how, just ask.

Annoying that wx doesn't have a function to read the actual version. It only has compile time macros which don't help a bit here.  :(
