information about the file you are downloading or willing to download

please i want to know how can i get some information or feedback from other users about the file you are willing to download or the file you are downloading, i have seen in google that emule has an information request when you right click the file, does emule has this functionality too? where?

Right-Click file in download, "show all comments". If it's greyed out, there are no comments.
