Why do I get this message?

It would be of some help in answering your question if you could tell when you get this message...

It happens sometimes when I look at the "Download Window".
Suddenly the last file becomes three files. When I look later the
"Download Window" looks as usual.I can“t see I do something
unusual.

It doesn't mean anything so disregard it. I see that time to time on log via CLI/WEB. I use to think it was some bad leecher mod trying to read file chunks by requesting out of sequence but I don't thats the case. It was mostly triggered on my end when rehashing files as nothing gets corrupted I haven't digged long enough to find what causes it.
