Old "Simplified Chinese"(zh_CN.po)  convert to "Chinese Traditional"(zh_TW.po)

Just FYI. I have updated the Simplified Chinese translation to rc7 version, if you want to do the conversion again. Of course you can carry on your own translation if you would like to.

BTW, if you have any suggestion on any translation, please let me know. :) The translation in Simplified/Traditional Chinese should be very similar except certain technical terms.
