amule exits for no reason!

hi, since 2 days ive got this wierd problem: after running for 5-15 minutes, amule (both 1.2.8 and rc5) exit for no obvious reason! like i said, it first happened 2 days ago, but i didnt change anything on my system....  ive already tried deleting clients.met, with no success!

my system:
suse linux 9.1 pro
amd 2000+
768mb ram
geforce 4200ti
dsl

EoS,

We need some more detail. Isn't there any messages print on the console? Maybe you did not start amule from the console... If you can, you should post a backtrace, look here: http://www.amule.org/wiki/index.php/Backtraces and here: http://www.amule.org/wiki/index.php/Using_gdb_and_valgrind

maybe it's not clients.met but some other file. Try moving ~/.aMule AND ~/.eMule to some other place and starting aMule agani. Let's see ;-)

i start amule using a icon on my taskbar, much like in windows!
there is no concole open, at least i cant se one :)

well i treid deleting amule and xmule folders and reinstalling, it ran for some hours and then exited again...im really confused, since it worked fine before

did you try movng some where else ~/.eMule (and that is an E not an A) ?

well, it hasnt exited so far...as soon as it happens again ill try moving .emule!
