Two udp socket

Hi all, this is a cross post, just yesterday i have posted it in italian forums but no reply founded then without up there i will post here

why it open two udp socket?

aMule uses 3 incoming ports:
1) TCP (configurable, default 4662)
2) UDP (always TCP+3, default 4665)
3) UDP (configurable, default 4672)
