« on: December 19, 2004, 05:28:29 AM »

hi!

i have compiled amuled and all other stuff from scratch with wx-2.5 and all is working fine instead off the webserver with amuleweb. i can connect to the core with amulecmd and also with amuleweb, but if i try to connect to the webserver over amuleweb i get the following error:  ?(

asterix:/home/elias/.aMule # amuleweb
Enter password for mule connection (return if no pass defined):

Creating client...
Now, doing connection....
Using host 'localhost' port:4712
Trying to connect (timeout = 10 sec)...

i copied the aMule.tmpl and the webserver-directory to the correct destination and configured the directory to aMule.tmpl in the .eMule-file

thanks for your help  :baby:

hi, i solved the problem...
it was because i copied the webserver-directory and the eMule.tmpl from eMule for windoof, no wonder that amuled couldn't find aMule.tmpl :-), i renamed eMule.tmpl to aMule.tmpl and now it works fine...

ehm, well, please replace those with aMule's since they're not quite the same (allthough similar and probably compatible).
You can get aMule.tmpl and webserver/ fro aMule's sources :)

Greets!
