Wholesale Bandwidth Cost for ISP?

Does anyone know how much an ISP in Denver, Colorado would pay Level 3 or Sprint for the bandwidth they use.
Why I'm asking is that I want to load amule on a spare Duron 1000, stuff it in the closet, and then run it 24/7. Allowing 10KB upload computes to around 25 gigs of upload every month. Maybe no very much for a university or large company, but a great deal for a small ISP.

I like my ISP and very much want them to make money so I am wondering how much extra cost I would be placing on them. I figure the floor space is already paid for, so doesn't come into the equation. The real extra cost would be bandwidth and hardware usage.
