what a helpfull backtrace....

could you be more verbose? when did this happen and such things?

btw: most stuff IS fixed in cvs already so if this happens more often you can update your amule

./configure && make
returns many errors ... im currently very new to linux so maybe im doing something wrong ?
and also my english ran out when u said to be more verbose ... :P anyway ... plz explain ... maybe i can help :)

amule worked but i made some updates from RH up2Date and then it suddenly stoped working ... and i also noticed that sometimes amule just quit when i was off my workstation

well you probably updated thanks to RH up2date your wxGTK rpms, and those RH wxGTK rpms dont work with amule.

you could install the once from our dl-page again..and your rc8 should be back up and running....

if you want help on compiling amule-cvs I can sure help ya out ;)

but please!! install our wxGTK rpms since the one from RH are really unstable

i sure need help installing amule from cvs files ... :P cuz really i dont know almost anything about those cvs files.

They are nothing mor than a source tarball. You donwload it and make your 3-step.

and check upfron before you compile that your symlinks in
/usr/bin/

are right...
have a look at the http://wiki.amule.org page to avaid problems. the links are mentions in the noraml amule howto
