Dear p05star,

Thanks a lot , it works !!!
http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/21952

It decoded from  APE to Wav format.
However it decoded a single track from the original multi tracks in the CD.
Any way to restore original tracking without dividing with garage band the single file ?

Thanks again
Nitamo

I had a bitch of time with an APE file too. I ended up having to use Windows and Sourceforge to break up the single WAV file into the individual tracks. However, I think I spent more time trying to get the APE file converted in the first place. Once converted, breaking them up didn't take much time at all.
