upload problem

Hi,
I've upgraded to aMule-2.0.0-1.FC3.i386.rpm under FC3. Since then my upload speed is very variable (see the attached screenshot). Before that I used aMule-CVS-20050310 with no problems. I´ve tried recompiling aMule-2.0.0 against wx242 and wx260 (gtk1 and gtk2) with the same results. I´ve also removed ~/.aMule. The weird thing is that eMule045 under wine uploads OK thus I don´t think the problem is caused by my firewall/router/ISP.

Here are my settings:
DSL 256/128
Max download speed: 32kB/s
Max upload speed: 8kB/s
Max src/file: 120
Max connections: 50
Client TCP port: 9152
Client UDP port: 9152

BTW, I get High ID.

Any tips on how to solve this?
