No wxGTK RPM available for SuSE 9.3 using i586!
« on: July 22, 2005, 08:17:45 AM »

I cannot find a suitable RPM to install wxGTK 2.6.0. I am using SuSE 9.3 on an old computer, a AMD K6-2 500 mhz, so it is i586 architecture. Therefore I cannot install the 9.3 RPM that is available because it was compiled for a i686. The SuSE 9.0,9.1 version of the RPM is a i586 but it makes my aMule crash at startup (probably it is linked against older libraries). Please  help!

and what about you compile wxGTK yourself? and then aMule?!
if you dont wnat to install it with make install, use the programm --> checkinstall,
to create a rpm, after compilation and then install it yourself, so you always can remove it really easyy later on

we can cover everything out there....
