No more list of servers???
« on: July 23, 2005, 10:32:40 PM »

Hi,

amule 2.0.4 is a nice baby, all goes well (so far) except one thing: here it is:

I start amule, get all servers from the list at http://www.srv1000.com/azz/server.met download with high ID wherever I wish, and start downloading. But after a while, when I look in servers list, appear only servers that connect to me. All others are gone!!! My downloads are doing well though, amule stay connected where I wanted. I have "Update serverlist when connecting to a server" and "Update serverlist when a client connect" checked. Also checked "Remove dead server after "1" retries".

What should I do? Increase no. of retries before a server is removed?
I have not any other idea... Plz. explain to me how it works.

Cheers.

well, i'm coming from the future, and amule is looking great :)
the only thing that helped was to declare the servers I usually use as STATIC.

Your server UDP port (usually TCP+3) is filtered on your firewall/router/etc.
