amule skin
« on: August 02, 2005, 10:46:39 AM »

I don't like my amule "look". I mean the way that colors are organised (that can be changed), but I dont like the shape of buttons and the whole amule is not for me. So I ask you, if there is any skind for amule, like there are skins for xmms to change the look of xmms on totally different way if you want. Can this be done with amule?

There is some effort being put into skin support, but I can't promise you when it will be functional. However, talking about the shape of the buttons: amule uses your GTK-theme for that, so installing a different theme should be able to help somewhat :)

there are real theme-switchers out there, both for gtk1.2 and gtk2, just check what your aMule-2.0.3 uses, and install the right theme-switcher
