aMule on QNAP
« on: December 15, 2020, 04:22:13 PM »

Hi, I'm using the aMule (v2.3.3.2) installed on my QNAP TS-251+.
I would like to update the server list, because all the servers inside it are old and offline.
Is there a way to update the list? I only have the access to aMule web control panel.

Thank you

Click on the Server template (/amuleweb-main-servers.php) and then at the bottom update it by pulling from (http://upd.emule-security.org/server.met).

Thanks for your reply @HKM.
In my version of qnap I don't have the amuleweb-main-servers.php file. I don't understand how many version of aMule there are.
I solved it by going to the folder "CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/aMule/Web/.aMule" and replacing the server.met file with an updated file like the one you linked me.
For those who don't know: I get there allowing SSH connection on qnap and connecting to it using WinSCP with SFTP protocol, port 22 and admin credentials.
