« on: October 28, 2005, 12:53:16 PM »

The amule log always say me: You have recieved Low-ID!
2005-10-28 12:15:39:    Most likely this is because you're behind a firewall or router.
2005-10-28 12:15:39:    For more information, please refer to http://wiki.amule.org
But I closed already my firewall (it's the default' firewall of mac osX10.3.9)
Now I haven't got any protection anymore and it always say me low id i tried to see the page test in order to know my port but i don't know what to do with it.
Please somebody can help me.
I'm a new usure so be easy on answers, thinks a lot. :baby:

You need to forward the ports amule uses in your router. For this, have a look at http://portforward.com/routers.htm.
aMule uses three ports (see Preferences->Connection) that need to be forwarded:
- a client TCP port
- a client UDP port (this is the above port +3)
- and an eMule extended UDP port

You can use the connection tester to test whether the client TCP port is forwarded properly.

Good luck. :)
