Ma3oxuct,

Your problem seems to be a duplicate of this one:
http://www.amule.org/amule/thread.php?threadid=7865&sid=

If you are able to generate a real gdb backtrace, it might be very usefull for us:
http://www.amule.org/wiki/index.php/Backtraces

Cheers!

I'm working on getting that backtrace for you. It will take some time.

BTW, the crash occurs for reasons other than Hashing, as aMule continues to crash. Running aMule as root eliminates the problem. I think that it is something in the setting that is throwing it off. aMule crashes along with amuled.

I will hopefully have a backtrace for you guys several hours from now. Thanks.

Ma3oxuct,

Are you sure that aMule crashed in this backtrace? I see no problem there. Seems to me that the program has been interrupted by a signal. Make sure you have the following lines in your .gdbinit:

ha SIGPIPE nostop noprint pass
ha SIG32 nostop noprint pass
ha SIG33 nostop noprint pass
ha SIG34 nostop noprint pass

When posting a backtrace, please put the cause of the crash reported by gdb together.

Cheers!

I placed those lines into .gdbinit.

When amule crashes, CPU usage goes to 100% and aMule is not functional. The only way that I was able to begin typing the commands (bt, bt full, etc.) in gdb was if I interrupted with a signal.

What sort of output shall I attempt to gain now?

The crash in your first post should be fixed now.
