Placement of reset button.
« on: February 05, 2006, 02:58:21 PM »

Hi,
I think that  placement of reset button on search tab is uncomfortable. It should be near start and stop button. Also a keybidding would be nice.
Another possibility is automagic reseting search field when we click start or press enter.

No, thank you. That would be so match annoying - imagine that you searching for something: first you try it with "XXX", than with "XXX DDD" and finally "XXX DDD YYY". You definitely don't want to type "XXX DDD" each time.

IMHO the hole page is little "uncomfortable", but editing wx gui code is nightmare.

I know. And suggest not to start discussion about 'why do I think that using wxDesigner is nightmare".
My point is, that it takes too match effort (for me) to move button, so I prefer not to deal with it despite the fact that I find current design wrong.
