i know that many people did this question but...i'm from portugal and i would like to have an amule filter to block international downloads...i only use ubuntu dor 5 days...i would be very grateful if you couls tell me step by step how to do it... :baby:

As a hint: You're looking for a special "portuguese only" ipfilter.dat.
