aMule crashes after upgrade to Ubuntu 19.10

Hello,

aMule crashes on startup after upgrade to Ubuntu 19.10 with the following log statements/backtrace:

2019-10-30 20:33:20: Initialising aMule 2.3.2 compiled with wxGTK2 v3.0.4 and Boost 1.67
2019-10-30 20:33:20: Checking if there is an instance already running...
2019-10-30 20:33:20: No other instances are running.

Solved by removing the .aMule directory and having the application create a new one.
