--enable-utf8-systray can't be enabled when compiling aMule

Hello, I compile aMule 2.0.3 on SuSE 10 and you know it (suse) has utf8 locale, I run
./configure --enable-utf8-systray, but after configure is complete I see   Should aMule be compiled with UTF-8 taskbar icon support?  no

How to solve this?

is your wxGTK compiled with --unicode support?

That's only for old wx2.4

Hm, it was installed in YaST by default, system locale is utf-8 so it's supposed to be built with unicode support, anyway, how do I know that?
