Title: 20060515: amulecmd: get bwlimits

Hello aMule team,

typing the command 'get bwlimits' in amulecmd doesn't show the correct download bandwith limit. It always returns zero. My setting in amule.conf is 27 which is also correctly shown in the webinterface.

Thanks, fixed. Will be in 20060524 CVS tarball. There may be other similar errors, please report.
