Title: 1.2.5 GUI is hidden when I switch the desktop

Hi,

I use gnome/metacity and I've several desktops.
When I swith from the desktop where amule was launched, the GUI is hidden.
The icon is still displayed in the notification area and the software is still running.
I can hide/unhide the GUI with the right-clic popu I get from this icon.
I think it shoud stay unhide while switching from a desktop to another one (as 1.2.4 did)

uncheck minimize to tray in your preferences :)

I've never remaked this was different from 1.2.4 and 1.2.5

Hey, I dunno if it's related or not, but I ran 1.2.5 for a while with "minimize to tray" checked, and at some point when I unhide main window, it restored with some widgets missing, but otherwise functional. i.e. only "connect" and "servers" buttons were shown, no labels for listboxes and/or textboxes, ... but all of them were clickable. The settings dialog was half-blank :)

I get something very very similar.  I'm using 2.0rc1, although I've also seen the problem with 1.2.6.  After some time many of the widgets disappear.  At least, they are present but not visible.  Often this will be all the widgets along the top, and all the pop-up menus.  It is even the case that you can switch from uploads to the queue, but nothing displays in the queue, although there are many listed, and you cannot switch back.

Any ideas/things you'd like me to test?

hum.. prefs -> tweaks -> refresh up/dl list set to realtime ?
