Title: Bug: Russian user names (windows)

aMule 2.1.x ( binary for windows ) does not work with the russian user names.

FATAL ERROR:

Could not create the aMule configuration directory at location 'C:\Documents and Settings\xxxxx\Application Data\aMule\'. Please check permissions and restart aMule.
