Title: Crash on updating ipfilter over GUI

As i tried to update the ipfilter.dat over aMule and the host was
unreachable at that time, it crashed.

After restart i had 2 amuleweb processes running, because the new amule
startet also a amuleweb without checking if there is already one running.
Maybe there can be done something.

btw: i'am waiting for the debian 2.1.3 package  :D

thx... just updated it

btw: it was version: aMule 2.1.2 using wxGTK2 v2.6.3 (Unicoded) (OS: Linux)


now i have the new 2.1.3....if i get that crash again i will post it

Gimme some time, but I think I was quite fast this time...
