Title: wrong rate displayed

Well, this is only a minor bug.
I use aMule 2.1.3 and remote gui.
Sometimes I have seen download rate about "250kB/s" on a file, but
I have set limit for overall download to "50K" in Options and also
when looking at number of transferred and completed bytes, it seems
that it is not 250K but far less.

Yeah, it's a know remote GUI problem from the 2.1.x series, I think CVS doens't do that anymore.

no, on cvs-2006-06-28 the problem is still not solved.
