Title: Paused files unpause themselves

Well I have a file that I want to leave paused but often I'll come back and check my D/L queue, only to find it is downloading again!
I'm running:
Amule SVN 20060701
amulecmd

I'll try with amuleweb and also amule monolithic later in case it is an amulecmd/amuled problem but I figured I'd bring this up now in any case.I also vaguely seem to remember this happening in the past with amule monolithic too, but my memory may be failing me :)

Do oyu ahve enabled to resume paused files on file completion?

I noticed this behaviour for stopped files, too. Is this intended?
